No more podiatrist visits, tendinosis of L. achilles tendon seems to be clearing away enough that he's satisfied it will finish healing up on its own if I just continue a few of the exercises he showed me previously, although he added the 'wall pushup', since my calf muscles are on the tight side. I'm of the impression that losing the weight and dropping my blood pressure helped it heal up more quickly, so yay for fatsecret.
