I am surprisingly loosing weight, is it something else? For info I haven't worked out for the last 2 months or so, sleep cycle is also messed up. I am not eating any sugar, no cola, no chocolate; also avoiding outside fries/fast food. The only change in my diet is I now eat more vegetables.
