not too bad for a week off fat adapted keto, cheat days and no exercise in total gained a kilo in over a week. expected gain but more so pretty happy i can get back on track now all clear from the doc.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
