I had the memorial day, eat whatever you wants. Now its going to be another week before I have any progress. Was it worth it. Maybe once I'm closer to my goal weight, but right now its discouraging. Lets hope next week is better!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
