Hello everyone, I just finished reading the book and thought that the Atkins diet has to be the answer to my slowed weight-loss. I am a vegetarian (I eat fish though), so the adjustment is going to be a little hard, especially since I am still on vacation.But I am willing to commit and since I have been counting my carbs and calories (aiming for a 100gr carbs per day) for quite a long time now, I think it will be great.
I just had breakfast of cheese and one of my salmon patties + flaw seed with a little kefir (I know milk productw except cheese and cream are not allowed, but I'm counting the carbs in my daily intake!!)
