Well I'm off to a good start. Followed the diet 100%. Started my exercise routine. I'm feeling much better. Now I'm off to the Dr., to try and get these hot flashes to go away. So far, PhytoB, an herbal solution, is starting to work. I have less hot flashes. Gotta go.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
