This past week I was on a great train ride...just smok-en. Then when Friday came once again I was away from my home and the train derailed!! I put on a pound...so I did something that I normally don't do and the next day I weighed again and not only did I take that pound off I also lost another pound. Why is it that when I'm away that I just plain don't do well?? No matter if I take my own food or even buy the right kinds of foods when I'm not at home. This I need to check into further. ~ Nola
