Still having issues eating the right amount at the right time..

I ate to much for dinner, then was hungry later.

Needed to eat smaller portion for dinner, which would have let me have a snack later.

244.5 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
