Odd. I must be screwing around with my water retention to lose virtually nothing one day and then a ton the next. Going to have to start looking really carefully at sodium and what diuretic drinks I'm imbibing. Oh, and started wearing the 44 jeans earlier than expected :)
260.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Too much sodium makes a huge difference in my weight too. I try to keep it under 1000 otherwise I get bloated and the weight will not move no matter how much water I drink. I actually realized today that it has been two months since I had any type of diet soda. I have been only drinking water and coffee and the occasional cup of apple juice when things aren't moving :P

Very nice! Yeah, sodium levels are something I always need to watch as well. Trying not to weigh myself til my sis' wedding tho. We will see how that goes :) Keep it up buddy!
