So it seems like my lifestyle change is working. Definitely doing full CICO now just because I can’t manage to keep carbs under 50 gm a day and it seems to be working for me. Did a little over eating this weekend as I imagine everyone did 🤦🏼♀️ but even with that I managed to loose 4 lbs!! Yay me!! I also up the workout routine to include weight lifting 3 x week and I know that’s definitely what saved my bum lol... well, on to a new week and to continue to get better!
