so haven't been using entry/tracking lately. but i did hit goal weight. i just felt i didn't want to enter it due to regular fluctuations. i wanted to see it consistent and it has been at 184.8. i am entering a fluctuation as 187 today due to indulgent dinner yesterday. will i get back to entering? maybe. because when we reach our goal weight, the endeavor is not over, there is still more weight, health and wellness to be managed. I will assess if i want to upgrade my "goal weight" to a lesser number..........
