Hasil hitung FS AKG 2000, RDI 1400. Terus ngitung di bodybuilding.com BMR 1500, TDEE 2000. Di hellosehat BMR 1300, TDEE 1600. Jadi untuk loss weight ngikutin yg mana yaa? Jadi bingung 🤔
129.4 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Melihat BMR sama TDEE = berarti kamu orang yang aktif melakukan aktivitas olahraga jadi ya seharusnya sehari 1400-1500 kalori nda masalah kalau berdasarkan TDEE mu

Ohhh kalau sedentary ya mending makan di angka kalori 1200-1300 aja dengan perbandingan 20-30 karbo : 40 protein : 30-40 lemal
