I've exercised very lightly this past week, unfortunately didn't meet my weigh in goals.

My work schedule had me bouncing between working mornings and nights which made being tired and lazy on the couch really easy, but all in all I'm still feeling a little lighter each week and my joints aren't throbbing at the end of the day.

Time to get back at it.

238.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
