The jogging is working, half a mile, four days out of every seven. I can now jog about 3/4 of the way. I also start every morning with a ten minute workout, using the "VirtuaGym" app on my phone. I'm even beginning to enjoy it. When I reach my next goal I shall treat myself to better running shoes.
