Had a carb fest yesterday ........ Bagel for lunch and pizza and pasta buffet for dinner.Sometimes just can't avoid a bad choice, but smaller portions and limiting intake can be a huge difference in longevity of such said choices.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
