No idea. I guess you bitch enough, things happen? I did about 50 carbs yesterday, more fat, and even went over calories...
294.4 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol! It is weird when that happens. I remember staling for a few days and then making and eating way to many sugar free peanut butter cookies and then lost 2#s the next day! I was like waat??
