I bought a bike. Biked from the shop to home last night. 40 minutes. Biked to work this morning 35 minutes. Gonna bike back for another 35. 10 minutes to get to the gym for jiu jitsu or wrestling. 10 minutes back. That's quite a lot of extra low intensity cardio I wasn't planning on. Hope it helps me shrink even more :) I did some weights for my triceps. Being skinny would suck if I have gangly limbs, lol. Restarted my rehab exercises for my shoulder. Pain started coming back. Feels better today. Tonight is D&D night. No junk food or beer once again. Tomorrow is a date. I guess it will be my cheat. I'll have a couple stouts. Wish me luck in keeping up the good habits. Along with all this I'm doing intermittent fasting and cut out all refined sugar. I would say keto except it's not quite that. I'm just being sensible. I do have that gross acetone taste and white layer on my tongue though. Yuck...
