Kind of embarrassed that I gained so much weight back as I have not been following my meal plan well at all. I did not realize this was going to be such an mental process as well. So here is the numbers.

NEW GOAL! Going to make smaller goals to be able to seem more realistic. I have to do this. I seriously need to.
