Today's Plan:

2 protein meal re-placers; 2 high protein snacks; and full meal. Lets see how this plays out. Family and I are going to a Diamondbacks baseball game tonight! I usually was bad carbs at night so I am attempting to not do that today. I was not successful last night. Its okay though there are always is a day 1 to start over. Tomorrow is weigh in.
