Lost 1.5 this week week 7 on Keto WOE. 14.5 total lbs on Keto . I am down a total of 23 lbs. Tried IF past two days no problem .will begin to add two days of cable workout to my gym fitness routine starting on Tuesday. Still have not had any keto friendly recipes. Just clean eating mod protein, keeping carbs under 20 and filling the rest of my calories in healthy fats. 1200 calories max. A day which I was under all week. Feel healthy strong and have no issues of feeling tired. Measured my ketones and I am at .20 at waking
