Off to Hampton beach for vacation tomorrow. Fried dough is in my future! Bringing dumbbells with me so I can still get in s workout. Last year I only gained 3lbs thanks to the 5 mile as day walks and enjoying but not over doing the good stuff.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
