I'm noticing now the correlation between my menstrual period and the spike in weight gain every month. hmmmm :(
149.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yep, I think most women get that affect. I just try to stay away from the scale till its over. Your weight usually levels back out when its over.
