My weight keeps going up. It's time to watch what I'm eating and log it into the site. In addition, I'm returning to exercise and making sure to do at least 5 days per week for a full month. Right now I'm using the Get your body back workout, but I think I'd prefer the 3 moves a day routine. It takes less time and it concentrates on each muscle more. I may rotate between the routines.

Current plan: Body back 30 days, 3 moves- 30 days, then get ripped 50 days. Get ripped is only intense every 10 days so I may combine it with one of the other routines. As long as I'm doing one of the routines, I'll be satisfied even if I mix it up a bit.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
