Had super splurge day yesterday, so didn't even bother counting calories as I'm sure I went way over with the burger and fries. But I did at least order a med. fries instead of lg. and got an iced coffee instead of soda, so it's still better than I would have done, say, 3 months ago.
Workouts not going well. Skipped yesterday due to splurge day and today may not get to work out as I have a huge cyst on my right leg that hurts quite badly. Probably will try to work out anyway, though.
Took up knife throwing again. Anyone know if that counts as exercise/how much?
