I did it! I lost another little packet of weight. I've been following my Atkins religiously and exercising at least an hour a day, adding on my ball workout and stuff like that. I'm so relieved! Being lighter is perceptible to me and so very much easier on my joints and everything! I even sleep better. So happy!
