It’s working!! Extremely happy with this.. I’ve lost more weight being on fs for the last 2 weeks than I’ve lost in 8 months. Recording everything I’m eating is definitely making me more mindful about my diet and having a new goal to be strong instead of slim is also a much healthier mindset I think and a great motivator to get off of my backside and exercise!!
