Went to Weight Watchers meeting in Green Cove Springs. Ran 3 miles today 10 min/mi. 30 min. Need to slow down, longer mileage.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
