Kind of embarrassed to post this weight. I had actually gotten down to 165. But then I went out of town and gave myself like a week and a half to eat whatever I wanted. Not a good idea.

So today I am restarting. I am back at work from the summer so I have more structure to the day and my eating. My husband is on board now, too, so that is always helpful.

I have a healthy wager goal to meet by the end of August. I think it's 161. Don't know if I will make it, but I will try my hardest to get there!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
