A liitle discouraged that i've only lost 2 1/2 lbs, but I guess slow and steady is the way to go. On the plus side, the diet is easy to follow and I do feel a differenec in the way I look in the mirror.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.4 lb a week

Slow and steady is the only way to insure it's actual fat lost and not muscle. More than 2 lbs per week and you can be certain you've lost precious fat-burning muscle.
