so I fell off the horse a bit. I got back on is the important part. I still struggle with exercise. I hate walking on the treadmill, mostly because it's boring and pointless and I don't go anywhere. I tried to get myself to walk a mile today, outside to the grocery store so it would feel like I accomplished something. It turned out to be way too hot. I miss writing in journals, this actually makes me feel like starting up my old livejournal account. Oh well, for the purposes of this weightloss thing I'm trying desperately... there's not much else to say.

If you don't like the treadmill, find something else you might enjoy. There are tons of DVD's out there with all kinds of exercise from belly dancing, to hip hop, strip tease, yoga, etc. Go for a ride on your bike, it can make you feel like a little kids again. One thing I have learned about the treadmill is to make the time on there count. There are running/walking plans online you can look up that can give you a good workout in a short time. They incorporate incline and interval training on the treadmill. I get a killer workout that way. It's all about finding something you enjoy. Once you start getting in to it and feel stronger and healthy, you want to try all kinds of things. It's amazing.
