I've broken out of the 200s! Only by 1 pound, but still! I did better than I expected as I ate a lot this week and binged twice. It's weird because I feel like I look fatter (I would have said that I'd gained back 3-4 pounds based on how I feel I look at the moment) but the scale says otherwise and as far as I know it doesn't have a bias.
So this is good and I'll keep trying.
