My schedule at work this past week has my hours shifted around for meetings and training and then back to second shift support. But I didn't have a net gain which is good. holding steady around 240#, down from ~253# a few months ago.
240.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
