Ok.I did it. I obliterated my diet yesterday.. Been a bad week.. Gained 5 lbs.. Back to it.. Forward from here because I am not giving up even though I gave in temporarily..
205.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I totally think it's mandatory to do it sometime! I just stretched my anniversary of dinners into a week of anniversary dinners! 😄 And back to it. You got the right attitude, keep it up!
