I have broken that double digit weight. super happy about that! I have been exercising for about 20 mins most days and walking a lot! I have been trying to eat clean and make sure that I reduce my portions. So happy that it is working!!
219.1 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done. May I make a suggestion? I see your long term goal is a big one. Instead of going for the whole lot, break it down to 5kg groups. It's really encouraging to GET TO THE GOAL, with the history lines different colours as you get closer. Then just set the next 5kg goal.
