I gave my diet the boot and in return I gained 22lbs of my lost weight over the last 3 months. So I am back to give it another go because I know I felt better, fit my clothes better, and had more energy when I was eating better. Today is Day 1 again and although it is hard to not put extra stuff in my mouth I have done well and not. I'm ready to do this for me so maybe it will work this time.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
