Morning everyone, Hooray it’s coming back off - I have increased my cross trainer cardio to 30 mins a day ( god my feet hurt afterwards ) stressful week to seeing I broke a tooth and dentist says it will have to come out ? 😭.. trying to stay positive and focused with what’s going on in my life at present and if I’m honest some days are a struggle emotionally.. well I hope you all have a great weekend and would just like to say what a great site this is for help and support from all you lovely people .. 👍x x

I had a tooth out this week. you shouldn't do any strenuous exercise after for a while.

Nice drop 👌 my tooth is broken and has to come out it is hard to be happy like that but stay strong!!!
