It's been a long time since I last weighed in. I've put a pound or 2 back on, I haven't been on my treadmill since my last weigh in. My doctor recommended I do other exercises because of my bad foot. Which I've done little of other then exercises with the kids at school. I did go on a cruise for 3 days this past weekend and I induldged myself. Bad bad girl! I had xrays of my foot done today and hopefully the results will let me jog my lil heart out again.
