I'm trying to eat a little of what I am craving to avoid the binge that often comes if I feel deprived.

Started the 12 week program at the Y & worked out 4 times since last weigh-in.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
