DionneEvette's Journal, 25 May 2010

I did very well yesterday with eating, until I made it home from work. The family wanted homemade cheese burgers, and fries. I made them and ate them! I feel bad but I decided to not cheat my food journal and I placed these items in there (called them Wendy’s Jr Bacon Cheese Burger and medium fries). Even though the fat intake is high, I don’t feel so bad because my calories are under 1300. I also noticed I lost 2 pounds (probably from the tons of water I drank yesterday). One day I will say "Hey, I lost 10 pounds!"
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you...just notate it and move right on!! And really have you ever know anyone to get fat from one burger and fries??? No it take a lot more than that!! Remember to keep your calories at a decent level...we are about the same size (I'm taller - 5'10), but I was told to keep at least 1600 calories in my body...I'm having a tough time with it , but the days that I eat more I notice I lose a little bit the next day. The body needs fuel to run on , starving it won't do anything. Though it looks like you are doing protein shakes...I've done those diets and you can lose weight really quick (like 40lbs in two-three months) however they are really hard and always make me mad and I ALWAYS gain the weight back. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying maybe do it for a couple of weeks to get you started and seeing some results, then switch to a healthy , normal, long term way of eating and exercising. Good Luck and I'll be stalking you to see how you are doing!!
