Finally a drop at long last
130.7 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

828 kcal Fat: 27.52g | Prot: 43.49g | Carb: 100.92g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Strawberries, Woolworths Double Cream Plain Yoghurt, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: Mexicorn Wholegrain Tortilla Wrap, Cream Cheese, Alman's Spicy Corn, Woolworths Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce. Dinner: Egg (Whole), Brown Rice Cakes. Snacks/Other: Tea with Milk and Sugar. more...
