I have started with a new diet. I have gone to a nutritionist and gotten advice. I have completely cut sugar out of my diet. So I pretty much can eat anything, but sugar! Of course I am careful with the other things I eat, but this is mainly about getting healthy and leading a healthier lifestyle! I'm very excited to see what this can do for me!
