Slept in till 9 am . Catching up as getting up at 4:20 weekdays and working out at gym. Felt sluggish and no energy . Only had a micro greens drink for breakfast, early lunch was a chipotle salad with chicken & guac. But felt better than I had all day after Snow crab & broccoli dinner. Felt maybe electrolytes May be off. Had 3 dill pickles and some pickle juice this afternoon. Not sure if it helped as I felt off and lethargic most of the day. Laid around the house alone all day . Until we went out for seafood at Surf Rider. Going to take dogs for a walk.
