Awesome day, we graduated 23 people. Now their recovery really starts since we are not standing over them with a hammer. Man, I hope they do well, I sure hate to hear about them relapsing..As for me, good day. Ate very lightly need to have a good dinner.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
