Slowly but surely ... no cheating.. strict Keto.. not missed a workout in 7 weeks. Going sting and feeling good overall with no cravings. Been eating pure. Simple & clean to make it easy . For my first 3 weeks of Keto WOE , plan to start adding in Keto recipes once or twice a week for variety. Down 8 lbs in 3 weeks .
