Recently I've been making sure I'm eating enough. I don't need to loose weight, so I'm maintaining it now. One of the problems I've had is eating too much fiber. Eating 1200-1300 calories a day, getting 25 grams a day was easy, but now that I'm aiming for at least 1700 calories, it's hard to not eat 35+ grams. So my best friends have been potatoes, bananas, and rice.
103.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
