I started Weight Watchers today. Hopefully this will help with losing weight. My diet seems to be my weak link.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WW works if you work it, but its not a quick fix. You only have 10 pounds to lose, so they can be tough to get off. Eat all your daily points every day. Build your diet around the HG's (healthy guidelines). Lot's of lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch out for the processed foods because they contain a lot of sodium. Drink your water/liquids to flush out sodium and get in some exercise if you are able. Good luck!

Thank you for the information. Those 10 pounds are just to get my 1st 5% goal. So it is good to eat all your points and not to have points left over?
