After 3 days off it's back to work. It's so much easier to diet when I work because I'm too busy to eat. I'm also on the move for 9 hours so it's a constant exercise can't sit around and watch tv like on my off days.
267.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
