pooh, that's all just pooh.... no way am i exceeding calories, can low cals make that big of a deal? love exercise, spinning, body pump, fitball, indoor walker, free weights great challenge but honestly +2 rather annoying
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 4.7 lb a week
