152? great start. that is my real problem. I am in the gym 5-6 dys a week 1/2 hour indoor walker, 45 min areo combo class with super energy, 1/2 hour weight routine and no losses. my diet is basically sugar free, no fizzy drinks candy bars and only home made desserts on the weekend,alcohol free and smoke free. seeing biggest loser couples series w/ some zero loss days even plus pound days lets me know i'm not alone in this 'plateau' but really if i maintain approx the same weight while exercising for more than a year how am i gonna lose anything? my diet while not 'super duper clean' is actually very healthy

pooh, that's all just pooh.... no way am i exceeding calories, can low cals make that big of a deal? love exercise, spinning, body pump, fitball, indoor walker, free weights great challenge but honestly +2 rather annoying

there are 9 cinnzeo buns in the house, the bsolute best other than home made... I will not eat them I'll have a choc slim fast shake instead. menopause is tiring...
