Up and down by a pound, the story of my life these days! I get frustrated with the ultra slow weight loss and get back into my cycle of depressed overeating! Grrr!! I don't know what to do at this point.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Most of losing weight is a mental process. You have to be in a certain place and ready to lose weight. If you feel you are ready, the best thing to do is start from the beginning. Get out your materials and reread them. You have to tell yourself you are going to do this and take the steps to do it. If certain foods cause you to overeat, don't have them in the house. Take baby steps! Do you have the materials for the kick start plan. I have been thinking of following that to see if I can kickstart my own weight loss. I know losing slow is hard, but it's better than not losing at all. Also, people who lose too fast, have a harder time with loose skin. You can do this! Good luck!
